Asked for tree trimming, got a trunk and a few branches
Asked to have two Sycamore trees trimmed up and shaped. We provided great detail and pictures of what we wanted. We were told sure no problem. Came home to find both trees completely cut back to a trunk and a few big branches sticking out. No green, no leaves, no small branches. Looks like a tornado hit them. We complained many times but they never answer their phone, until we threatened to stop payment. Then they came out and said " what are you complaining about, I would have cut more, and if you stop payment, I will put a lien on your house" and walked away.

TERRIBLE SERVICE: Donegal Importers took my money, never delivered my order.
I ordered a $50 hat from the website Donegal Importers. The company is located Manahawkin, NJ. They were sure to process my order in January, now it's April and I still haven't received it. I reached out via email and on their Facebook page. The owner - John Murray - deleted my comment and blocked me from the Facebook page after I posted. All I'm asking is for him to follow through on his end of the bargain. Terrible service. I should also add that my brother and I placed separate orders within two weeks of each other. He received his order only after incessant emailing and filing a complaint with BBB.
